What We Do On-Site

Services

Beyond the rope, chain and hardware we supply, our team delivers the manufacturing, inspection and documentation services that get an assembly from design through to deployment.

01 / Manufacturing

In-House Splicing & Customisable Builds

Every assembly we supply can be manufactured entirely in-house, from a single eye splice through to complex multi-component rigging systems. Our experienced splicers and fabricators build each assembly to suit the working load, termination and length your application requires.

  • Custom lengths, eyes and terminations
  • Soft shackles, slings and thimble assemblies
  • Built to your specified working load
02 / Field Services

Rope Inspection & On-Site Splicing

We bring our expertise directly to your vessel, site or facility. Regular inspection helps identify wear, damage or degradation before it becomes a safety issue, and our team can carry out repairs and re-splicing on-site to keep your equipment in service.

  • Scheduled inspection programs
  • On-site repairs and re-splicing
  • Minimal disruption to your operation
03 / Compliance

NATA-Accredited Inspection & Testing

For assemblies requiring certified proof testing or detailed inspection, we test through NATA-accredited facilities to confirm every product meets the standard your job requires. Each item supplied is backed by full test documentation.

  • Proof load testing
  • Certificate of Conformance per item
  • Compliance with class and industry standards
04 / Documentation

General Arrangement Drawings

We provide general arrangement drawings for the assemblies we supply, giving you a clear technical reference of components, dimensions and hardware for installation, inspection and classification. This is a general arrangement drawing of the assembly as supplied, not an engineered design for your specific application. Where application engineering is required, we can arrange this through trusted third-party engineering organisations.

  • Dimensioned assembly drawings
  • Component and hardware specifications
  • Application engineering arranged via trusted third parties on request
